Lauren is a Holistic Health expert and is exuberantly passionate about a diverse range of health-related topics. She graduated Cum Laude with a Public Health undergraduate degree. While attending college she interned at a supplement company working directly with their education department. She is a Health Coach, Certified Nutritionist, Certified Personal Trainer, and Dietary Supplement Specialist. She is also a member of the American Institute of Stress. She has experience working as a Nutraceutical Sales Account Manager providing nutrient rich well researched ingredients to health food companies around the world.
To get to know Lauren on a more personal level, she is a huge advocate for morning routines and starts her day by drinking a small, iced coffee, writing in her gratitude journal, and reading her devotion. After a healthy organic breakfast, she makes her way to the gym - which she believes is not only a great way to stay fit, but an awesome way to release stress and have the rest of the day be calm. She is a huge fan of body weight exercises, HITT workouts, Barre, and Pilates. After her post gym shower, she takes part in an anti-aging skincare routine each day.
You can find her on the weekends exploring through adventures such as ziplining and rock climbing. Her life goal is to teach various health subjects she values to anyone who is curious about improving their lifestyle. She refers to this as one of “the most fulfilling ventures.” She is a huge fan of helping the earth and likes to give back where she can by using “clean” household supplies while keeping her home recycle friendly. After a healthy dinner she finishes her day with a nightly skin care routine and a 20-minute relaxing yoga session.
