Welcome! This session pairs best after completing one of my main weight loss sessions. This is perfect for making sure you stay on track towards your goals and so we can get you to your dream body faster. For maximum success, schedule weekly.
This session is all about you! We will go over successes and any road blocks you may be facing. We will then celebrate your successes or try to find a solution to your roadblocks. I will also be answering any questions you have about anything regarding weight loss. This could include motivation tips, new food ideas, more exciting workouts or really anything you find most valuable to you that day. Whether it be a question about something you’re confused about or whether we’re celebrating that 10lbs that you will lose, I can’t wait to meet with you and be right there cheering you on!
