Hello! My name is Melissa, also known as @melilates, and I am a certified Nutrition Coach and Pilates Instructor. I am an American who lives and works in the Dominican Republic. I am capable to give sessions in both English and Spanish (HABLO ESPANOL). A few of the organizations I have received certification from are National Academy of Sports Medicine and Pilates Instructor Academy. I have worked with a variety of clients from different backgrounds who have diverse goals. I love coaching and working with clients in order to support their overall wellbeing.
