As a certified Nutrition Coach through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), this topic fascinates me. I remember before studying nutrition feeling lost about what protein to take. In fact, for a long period of time I took the wrong kind of protein powder and this set back my fitness progress by months!

In this session, we will delve into the world of protein powder. Come ready with the protein powder you have in your house and the fitness and nutrition goals that you have. If you don’t have a protein powder or specific goals, we can also use the session time to define your goals and find a few protein powders that work for you.
