The Yoga Inn

My name is Lauren and I am a registered yoga teacher (RYT 200), a psychology graduate (BA Hons), a breathwork guide, and an amateur astrologer. I completed my Honors thesis on how meditation impacts our cognition and am passionate about counselling others on the benefits of a consistent meditation practice. The styles of yoga I teach include vinyasa, hatha, and yin. As always, I encourage you to go at your own pace and I hope you enjoy!
