More than a decade ago, I earned my Bachelor's degree in Health Science from Eastern Kentucky University. But it wasn't until a profound personal tragedy - the death of my beloved husband three years ago - that I discovered my true life's purpose.
For many years, I felt like I was in survival mode, running from myself, tired and directionless. However, in the wake of my husband's death, I found myself at a crossroads. With four children depending on me, I realized that I had no choice but to embark on a path of healing and self-discovery.
This journey led me to become a Transformational Life Coach, specializing in emotional healing and personal growth. I found that the key to real healing is not to numb or run from our feelings but to confront and understand them.
