Hi! I'm Emily, and I am a total nerd when it comes to all things related to holistic wellness and happiness.

From the science of increasing happiness, to yoga, breath work, meditation, fitness, nutrition, and using food as medicine, my passion is in staying up to date on the latest research that can help us all better our lives. On a daily basis I implement these practices in my life, and find joy in helping others to do the same. It is my belief that no matter where we are in life, we can all stand to be a little happier, a little more well. The science is out there- why not put it to good use?!
