MEET REV. THERESA UKAIGWE

Healing is more than feeling better—it is creating a life that nourishes your mind, body, and spirit.

I’m Rev. Theresa Ukaigwe, founder and Executive Director of Organic Culture Wellness, Inc. I am a holistic wellness educator, Registered Yoga Teacher, Metaphysical Practitioner, ordained minister, and Certified Peer Support Specialist.

My passion is helping people reduce stress, reconnect with themselves, and create healthier, more balanced lives through compassionate, whole-person support. I work with individuals navigating burnout, major life transitions, emotional challenges, spiritual disconnection, or the desire to live with greater purpose and balance.

My approach brings together adaptable yoga, somatic movement, meditation, mindfulness, spiritual guidance, breathwork, thought-reframing and behavior-change tools, and practical lifestyle coaching. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all formula, I create experiences that honor each person’s goals, beliefs, abilities, responsibilities, and current season of life.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Metaphysical Science from the University of Metaphysics and have completed advanced training in Hatha Yoga, Egyptian Yoga, Kriya Yoga, Kids Yoga, meditation, and holistic wellness education. These disciplines helped shape my signature Embodied Healing™ Method, which integrates movement, mindfulness, spiritual reflection, and compassionate support to promote whole-person wellness.

Outside of my professional work, I am a wife, proud mother of four, grandmother, animal lover, and lifelong student. I believe wellness should be accessible, practical, and rooted in genuine human connection.

Every class, coaching session, workbook, and wellness program I create has one purpose: helping people move beyond survival and build lives in which they can truly thrive.
