Greetings! I'm Theresa Ukaigwe, a native of Ohio who found her roots under the Florida sunshine. I am a dedicated wife and proud mother of four, with the joy of being a grandmother to a precious little one.
Professionally, I wear many hats. As a spiritual nutritionist, I am passionate about nourishing both the body and soul. I am a Yoga Practitioner, having earned my 200hr YTT Certification from AKASHA Yoga Academy in 2016 and furthering my expertise with a 200hr YTT in Kemetic Yoga from YogaSkills in 2019. In 2021, I became a Certified Cosmic Kids Yoga Instructor, and in 2022, I added the title of Kriya Yoga Instructor to my repertoire.
Academically, I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Metaphysical Science, B.Msc., from the University of Metaphysics. Additionally, I am a Licensed Metaphysical Practitioner, focusing on Conscious Centered Living Counselor, and an Ordained Minister.
Outside my professional life, I find immense joy in my love for animals. My household is filled with the laughter and companionship of three dogs and a cat. I am an avid traveler, finding inspiration and growth in exploring diverse cultures and landscapes.
I embraced the opportunity to share my knowledge and passion by securing a contract with the city of Jacksonville to provide my 8-week Chakra Beginners Yoga Course.
Furthermore, I contribute to the education landscape through my contract with the Outschool Homeschool Platform, where I teach Cosmic Kids Yoga, combining fun and mindfulness for young learners.
In essence, my life is a vibrant tapestry woven with the threads of spirituality, yoga, education, and the love of family. Laughter resonates in our home because, for us, family is everything. I am grateful for the journey so far and excited about the path that lies ahead, where I continue to blend my diverse roles with a spirit of joy, learning, and holistic living.
