I am a certified strength and conditioning coach, elite physical trainer and nutritionist. As a Division I collegiate athlete who played competitive sports for the greater bulk of my life, I have always had a passion for training, diet and how to strive for and maintain optimal health. In the recent years I have applied physical training to emotional and mental health. In my professional career, I have experience as a strength and conditioning coach and nutritionist for beings across all walks of life. I also have experience within the tele-health realm where our mission was to empower users to optimize their food choices, sleep patterns, exercise routines, and emotional health through personalized insights with a focus on metabolic biomarkers.
