Sydney Armstrong

Hi, I am Sydney Armstrong! I am very passionate about health and wellness from a holistic, sustainable perspective. I have my Bachelor's of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition with an emphasis in Community Health and Wellness. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Currently I am pursuing my Master of Science degree in Coaching and Exercise Science through Concordia University Irvine.

While I value all aspects of health, I focus mainly on strength and conditioning as well as general and sports nutrition. As a triathlete and a strength coach, I am intentional with helping people reach their performance or general health goals in a way that is safe, healthy, sustainable, and works best for them.

There is no "one-size-fits-all" when it comes to nutrition or exercise science. It is my passion to break through the fads, trends, and lies that are out there and easily accessible to people who just need some coaching and guidance to reach their goals. All of my sessions, advice, and resources are backed by science and come from reliable sources.
