My work style: To be supportive in empowering people to improve their overall health and wellness. I believe in client-led coaching, vs a coach-led approach. It has been proven that if an individual chooses the change they want to make, they are more likely to stick with it.
A healthy lifestyle is so much more than about reaching a certain number on the scale, or being a certain pant size. It's a combination of both being physically healthy and emotional well-being. Together, we can uncover your triggers and obstacles, and work on strategies to help you navigate through those challenges.
