Markenson Momplaisir

For nearly two decades, Mark has been a wellness coach and mental health advocate, serving clients aged 12 to 93 years old. His work has given him a clear understanding of how a lack of self-awareness and self-care can negatively impact one’s health and relationships.
Mark’s commitment to raising his 6-year-old daughter to be emotionally, spiritually, and physically healthy inspired him to embark on his healing journey. When not writing or
exercising, Mark enjoys singing, dining (especially chicken dishes), and having tea parties with his daughter. He has a bachelor’s in biology from Touro College, New York, and obtained a master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. He also received a Graduate Certificate in Patient Care Management from Alfred University in New York.
Mark published his first book entitled Strong Women, Fed-Up Men, Defeated Sons, Broken Daughters (Healing Generational Pain). In addition, he is a Mental health coach and advocate. With the completion of his second book, The Power of You (52 Weeks of Intentional Living), Mark’s passion and dedication to helping individuals reach their God’s ordained potential makes him even more successful in helping his clients achieve their goals.
