I'm Krista! I am a Yoga Therapist and Movement Coach with a decade of experience in the field, and I work with women and allies experiencing chronic back, sacroiliac, and hip pain, who want to alleviate pain and start yoga and strength training.

I spent a near decade in my 20’s battling chronic back, SI and referred hip pain after a laminectomy at L4/L5. I worked with physical therapists, healers, chiros, yoga mentors, massage therapists, you name it, I tried it. I also pursued certifications in yoga therapy and corrective exercise. While all of this helped, the game changer was deepening my understanding of pain science and using brain based exercise and mindfulness to change the way I was experiencing pain. I’ve now been reliably pain free for 8 years, do more with my body in my 40’s than I did in my 20’s, and have supported hundreds of women and allies with the tools to move with less pain and more freedom.
