This program will help you continue to prevent and improve chronic back, SI, and hip pain and start to build muscular endurance and strength.

In this program you will…
Learn how to use the mindfulness and brain based exercise you learned in Pt. 1 to strength train with less pain and fewer set backs.
Walk longer and longer distances with less pain
Gain the athletic confidence to get back to the activities you love.
*Establish a mindfulness practice that allows you to stop flares before they start.
In addition, accountability and support are a part of any great program that helps you get results which is why we will meet:
1x per week for 60 minutes for 6 weeks.
This allows us to set you up for success from the start, check in on your progress and make any shifts you need so you will feel seen and supported in alleviating chronic back, SI and/or hip pain and in building true strength and ability to do more with less pain.
All sessions are easily conducted over the phone or zoom.
