This is a powerful 6 week introductory program
That will help you gain clarity on your chronic back, SI, and hip pain experience, so that you can prevent painful flare ups and learn exactly which movements and mindfulness techniques to do to relieve pain and build strength and mobility.
This is perfect for you if you’re a woman experiencing chronic back, SI, and hip pain that is fine one minute and debilitating the next, and would like to experience freedom from the chronic pain roller coaster.
In this program you will…
Finally understand how chronic pain works so that you don’t have to feel afraid of reinjury during exercise.
Gain confidence to know exactly what movements to do and when to relieve pain.
Learn how to be present with big emotions and sensations to relieve pain.
In addition, accountability and support are a part of any great program that helps you get results which is why we will meet:
1x per week for 60 minutes for 6 weeks.
This allows us to set you up for success from the start, check in on your progress and make any shifts you need so you will feel seen and supported in alleviating chronic back, SI and/or hip pain and in building true strength and resilience.
All sessions are easily conducted over the phone or zoom.
