Julie believes that being healthy is about maintaining a balance that allows you to enjoy life

Julie specializes in 1:1 Health Coaching and customized Corporate Wellness Workshops that
focus on increasing immune function with healthier eating habits, reducing stress without the
use of food or drink, and increasing energy levels. She also works closely with individuals who
suffer from IBD and IBS, helping them create a proper diet and lifestyle that helps relieve
