
Hello! My name is Tyler and I am an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.
I have dealt with anxiety for a majority of my life, and it became worse during pregnancy and postpartum. After learning more about the gut-brain connection, I realized how much my nutrition and lifestyle impacts my mental health. I am passionate about sharing this knowledge, and helping people decrease their stress and anxiety. My larger goal is to help people lead healthier lives, contributing to increased health spans, not just life spans.
I recently graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s Health Coach Training Program where I studied innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and more than 100 dietary theories.
What is integrative nutrition? We look at health beyond what is on your plate and how your emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical health impact your overall wellbeing. I believe in a holistic approach to wellness, and we examine all areas of your life such as career, relationships, physical activity, and finances to find what is working to support and nourish you, and what could use more focus.
