Turning 40 few years ago was the best thing that had ever happened to me, as I suddenly realized that I was tired to be a depressed person, that it was time for self-acceptance and that I was ready for a career shift. Today, at 44, I feel energized and pumped up as I am officially launching my health and life coaching career, something that I have been groomed to do for years. I started my coaching journey in the corporate world. For 12 years, I have managed and coached teams to performance in retail environments, from specialty stores to big box retailers. The best part of my job as a coach and a manager, has always been to see my associates growing into a better version of themselves, that they did not even realize existed. As a ICF - CCE certified health and life coach, my goal is to take you on a journey with yourself, to unlock your potential and help you accomplish the things you have always dreamt of.
