Evolve Nutrition and Training

I began my fitness journey 15 years ago. My father was an amateur bodybuilder and my mother avidly pursued clean eating. It’s almost as if I was destined to work in the fitness industry. I became an ISSA certified personal trainer 2 years ago. My passion for nutrition led me to get certified as a nutrition coach last year. I then launched Evolve Nutrition and Training where he I have worked with clients remotely.

I was born and raised in Lebanon, NH. Then I traveled to Sarasota, FL to attend art school. When I returned after school, I started building furniture. I am now a co-owner of a custom furniture company and work out of my home in Concord, NH. I live with my wife, step-daughter and 2 rescue dogs. I enjoy staying busy with yard work, house projects, reading and trips to the lake.
