Bonnie Horning, CHWC

Are you someone who manages to hold everything together and survive most days despite having too many responsibilities and too little support. In your rare free moments, do you yearn to be your best self? If so, I’m so glad that you’re here. I am a Certified Health and Well-being Coach with a specialty in Lifestyle Medicine, and I can be your partner on the path to health and wellness.

My passion for wellness is deeply personal and goes beyond professional credentials. My own journey began as I navigated life as a single parent after losing my husband. Taking care of myself became essential--not just for me, but for our young son who was counting on me. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to juggle everything: raising a child, managing a household, working--all while trying to keep your own health and well-being afloat.

That experience shaped my approach to coaching. I’m here to walk alongside you, offering support, accountability, and real, practical tools to help you find your version of balance--one that fits your family, your life, and your goals. Together, we’ll use an evidence-based, step-by-step method to create sustainable, meaningful change.

I believe in creating a compassionate, supportive, and judgement free space where you can show up exactly as you are. Are you ready to shift from just surviving to truly thriving?

If you are ready to take the first step on the pathway to your healthiest life, please contact me for a complimentary 15-minute first session. We can decide then if my services can help you.

My Credentials:

I have a B.S. in Health and Wellness Management, which gives me a foundation in health promotion, wellness education, program design, and the science of behavior change. I am also a Wellcoaches Certified Health and Well-being Coach (CHWC) with a specialty in Lifestyle Medicine through the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. Lifestyle Medicine focuses on the power of small, daily habits--things like movement, nourishing food, sleep, and stress management--to prevent, treat, and even reverse chronic disease.
