My passion for wellness was inspired by personal life experiences, and goes beyond professional credentials. My own journey began as I navigated life as a single parent after losing my husband to cancer at a young age. Taking care of myself became essential for me and our 5-year-old son who was counting on me. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to juggle everything. Trying to keep your own health and well-being afloat while raising a family, managing a household, and working can be physically and mentally exhausting.

These experiences influenced my approach to coaching. And I'm happy to be here to walk alongside you, offering compassion, support, accountability, and real, practical tools to help you find your version of balance that naturally fits into every part of your life. Together, we’ll use an evidence-based, step-by-step approach to create sustainable, meaningful change.

My Credentials:

Certified Health and Well-being Coach with a specialty in Lifestyle Medicine. Lifestyle Medicine focuses on the power of small, daily habits like movement, nourishing food, sleep, and stress management to prevent, treat, and even reverse chronic disease. I'm excited to be pursuing Board Certification through NBHWC. I will be sitting for the exam early 2026.

B.S. in Health and Wellness Management, which gives me a foundation in health promotion, wellness education, and the science of behavior change.
