I can help you find ways to prioritize and structure your time to feel less stressed. I do that by using an evidence-based step-by-step coaching approach in a safe, judgement-free space. All sessions are confidential.
During our free 15-minute consult, if we determine we are a good fit, I will give you a link to a brief well-being inventory to complete before our first session. Filling out the well-being inventory ensures that we are both well-informed on the key issues, including medical considerations.
Initial session: 90 minutes. During this session, you identify your priorities and develop a personal wellness plan including a vision, three-month goals, and the first steps.
Next three sessions: 60 minutes each. We will review the progress toward your vision and goals, explore and resolve the most pressing issues, learn something new, and then agree on a set of goals for the following week. You will enjoy plenty of ah-ha moments along the way!
