Anne Reeder Bertram

Anne began her career as a professional dancer and actress. She received her undergraduate degrees in Theatre Studies and Dance from Emerson College and her MFA in Acting from the University of California, Davis. She worked in Los Angeles as a professional actress and continues to teach Acting and Theatre courses in higher education and private schools around the PA/MD/DC region.

Anne went on to study at the Laban Institute of Movement Studies (LIMS) in NY, NY to become a Certified Movement Analyst (CMA) specializing in Movement for Actors. While Anne continues to teach courses and host workshops regarding acting training, she decided to expand her knowledge base and enrolled in the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Combining her years of experience as an actor and dancer with her focused study of Nutrition and Movement, she founded her own Holistic Health and Movement Coaching practice. As a dancer and performer, Anne has always focused on healthy diets and lifestyles to keep herself in shape and often found herself guiding friends through the same process. Anne is a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP) and The International Somatic Movement Educators and Therapists Association (ISMETA).
