Alexandra has a bachelor’s in Biology and Psychology. She worked for Health Promotion at Syracuse University educating students about mental health, nutrition, stress management, sleep, consent, relationships, bystander intervention, harm reduction strategies for alcohol and other substances, time management and mindfulness.
She is a Certified Wellness Practitioner, which means she has all the wellness promotion competencies designated by the National Wellness Institute.
Alexandra has training in Crisis Intervention for Individuals and Groups by the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation (ICISF). She has experience supporting healthcare workers during after a crisis.
Special interests: healthy eating, depression, anxiety, women’s empowerment, stress management, time management and positive psychology.
Alexandra is doing a master’s degree in medical sciences. She is also working on a nutrition certification from National Academy of Sports Medicine and a supplement certification.
