I love being a health coach! I am a mother, wife, sister, daughter, and a grandma to a 3 year old black lab Kajsa! I started my coaching career with the local High School cross country team and absolutely loved every moment., teenagers are so cool! Understanding each individual and their needs before their competitions, led me to study and read everything I could regarding coaching and I ended up getting certified by the national board of health coaches. We are faced with many obstacles in life so to have access to a coach, make sure you are living your life to the fullest, and finding the best moments of each day is my passion
