I am a Reiki Master Practitioner certified in both Usui and Karuna Reiki, Reiki Teacher, co-retreat facilitator and Guided Meditation leader. It was also dream of mine to write a book and I did! I am the author of, "Seasons of the Soul," a pocketbook of 100 original inspirational quotes. I am also a wife and mom to three adult children. How lucky am I that they chose me! OH! and let's not forget Mia, my furry companion who is always by my side!
