Reiki is a Japanese method of energy healing that promotes health and well being from the hands of the Reiki practitioner to the client. Reiki reduces stress and emotional tension and leaves the client feeling relaxed and calm.
During a remote Reiki session, the client will be either lying down or seated, whichever is more comfortable. Soft music will be playing in the background while I get to work! What does that mean?
I will focus on the 7 chakras from the root to the crown, sending Reiki energy to each one individually. At the end of the hour long session, the client will feel emotionally balanced and why is this necessary? An imbalance can cause us to feel anxious, nervous, even fearful, unable to make proper decisions. Who needs Reiki? Anyone going through an emotional upset or anyone who just needs a recharge! (Highly recommended!)
