Rameana Sibarani, ND is a Naturopathic Medicine practitioner who obtained her medical degree from Bastyr University, Washington. She is also the esteemed founder and director of Sinar Wellness Center, a non-profit organization that is dedicated to promoting health and well-being through lifestyle.
Growing up in an Indonesian village that lacked medical facilities and healthcare professionals, she leveraged her natural surroundings as a source of medicine. This experience, in addition to her role in raising her six children, inspired her to pursue Natural Medicine at a later stage of life. Rameana's medical training is marked by a success story in which she effectively treated diabetes in a natural way using herbs, nutrition, and lifestyle interventions. Her first-hand experience has fueled her desire to teach individuals in the community about the benefits of utilizing nature, including food, herbs, water, exercise, spiritual practices, and other lifestyle factors, as a means to achieve optimal wellness.
