What to expect in a meeting: In the first meeting we will get to know each other, build rapport, address of your health concerns, and discuss your motivation and goals. You will also get to know more about me and we’ll discuss the suggestions I have for you and you can decide if I am the right one to help you in your health journey. We will do a thorough review of your medical history and lifestyle which includes diet, exercise, sleep, hydration, and stress level. We also review any lab work and medications to tailor your plan in conjunction with your primary care physician. We’ll create a plan that fits your needs and supports your goals. This may include changes for a balanced diet, exercise and fitness regimen, and adding herbs and supplements. Every meeting includes a follow up and evaluation to monitor the progress you have made, going over achievements and any struggles so we can modify and improve the modality.
