Natallia Lambrecht, MS, CNS, LDN is a clinical nutritionist, a Certified Nutrition Specialist, a Licensed Dietician Nutritionist, and a founder of Synergia Nutrition LLC. Natallia holds a Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition and is board-certified by the American Nutrition Association.
In her clinical practice, Natallia helps her clients resolve complex chronic health conditions and improve their quality of life. Natallia strongly believes that the bio-individuality of each person should be at the core of successful nutritional therapy. She takes into account biological, genetic, physiological, psychological, and environmental factors to identify and address the underlying causes of many health problems. She applies the principles of functional medicine and delivers a truly personalized action plan to restore health and vitality with healing foods, botanicals, and wellness practices.
Natallia lives in New Hampshire with her husband and three sons. She enjoys gardening, cooking, running, and doing Pilates.
