I'm a 46-year-old mom of four, and a Certified Health Coach who knows firsthand how challenging midlife can feel—especially when it comes to weight, energy, and hormones. After losing 80 pounds during perimenopause through a sustainable mix of nutrition, strength training, and mindset work, I made it my mission to help other women do the same.

Today, I coach women in perimenopause and menopause who are ready to stop spinning their wheels with quick fixes and finally build strength, balance hormones, and feel confident in their changing bodies. With a calm, encouraging approach, I combine real-life strategies with evidence-based tools to help you thrive—not just survive—through midlife.
