My expertise is in stress management and mental health, mindset work, helping you identify the gap beween where you are and where you really want to be, getting clear on why its important to you, setting clear and attainable goals and planning out exactly how to achieve them, building habits that foster self love and self care so you maintain some balance in your life and you dont end up burning yourself out, building habits that are aligned with your values and goals, that will give you more energy and build your self confidence, ultimately helping you set the foundation for success while guiding and supporting you as you work towards creating the life you want and a new and improved version of yourself.
Being a Life and Wellness Coach, I will meet you where you are at.
My full program is 6 months with 60-90 minute 1:1 meetings every week where we work together on all of the above and completely transform the way you approach your life.
