In this 6 month program we will meet 1:1 every week for 60-90 minutes, depending on what you need.
As your Life and Wellness Coach, I will meet you where you are and we will work together to set you up for success and completely transform the way you approach your life.
Through guided meditations, having some deeper conversations, journaling, simple breathwork exercises and other coaching exercises, you will learn how to manage stress and anxiety, prevent panic attacks and improve your mental health.
I will help you identify your inner diologue and other habits and patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
You will learn to recognize these patterns and how to replace them with more positive ones.
We will get really clear on what you most value and how you want to be spending your time.
You will learn how to eliminate distractions and become very intentional with your time.
We will identify the gap beween where you are and where you really want to be.
We will create a clear vision of how you want your life to look, why its important to you and who you have to become to get there.
We will set clear and attainable goals and plan out exactly what needs to happen to achieve them.
We will build your confidence and belief in yourself so you no longer let fear or self doubt get in your way.
We will build habits that fit your lifestyle and foster self love and self care so you maintain work and personal life balance and you dont end up burning yourself out or sabotoging your relationships or your own wellbeing.
We will build healthy habits that also fit your lifestyle and are aligned with your values and goals and will give you the focus and the energy you need to keep moving towards them.
Ultimately, we will set the foundation for your success in all areas of your life, while guiding and supporting you as you work towards creating the life you want and a new and improved, happier version of yourself.
When you learn these skills and have these tools for living with less stress and more wellness, more joy, more direction and more purpose, odds are, you are going to be healthier and live longer.
