Inner Landscape is a private guided meditation for those seeking a deeper relationship with their intuition, inner world and the wisdom of plants.
Our inner landscapes hold memories, symbols, emotions, protective patterns and possibilities that may be difficult to access through the thinking mind alone. During this 90-minute virtual session, I will guide you into a relaxed, receptive state where you can listen beneath the noise of everyday life and encounter what is ready to be witnessed.
We may enter the meditation with a particular plant ally, question, transition or intention. The journey itself is not predetermined. Your inner landscape may reveal imagery, sensations, emotions, memories, ancestral threads or quiet spaces of rest. Nothing needs to happen for the experience to be meaningful.
You remain in relationship with your own body and agency throughout the entire practice. You may pause, redirect or end the meditation at any time.
