The Grief Nest — Three-Session Ritual Grief Container

The Grief Nest is a private three-session container for people moving through grief, loss or a profound life transition who need somewhere tender and intentional to place what they are carrying.

Grief does not only arise through death. It can accompany estrangement, adoption, pregnancy loss, the ending of a relationship, displacement, identity shifts, caregiving, illness, spiritual transition or the loss of the life you believed you would have.

This work does not ask you to rush toward closure or transform your grief into something more comfortable for others. We create a soft place for grief to move, speak, rest and be witnessed.

Across three 120-minute virtual sessions, I will support you through personalized ritual, guided reflection, plant-centered practices, ancestral remembrance and gentle integration. Our work will be shaped by your lived experience, your capacity and the particular threshold you are crossing.

This container may be supportive for those experiencing:
~ The death of a loved one
~ Pregnancy, reproductive or birth-related loss
~ Estrangement or complicated family grief
~ Adoption-related or ancestral grief
~ The ending of a relationship or important chapter
~ Displacement, identity loss or major life transition
~ Grief connected to caregiving or chronic illness
~ Complex grief, including grief for someone who caused harm
~ A need for spiritual grief support outside of a clinical setting

The three-session journey:

~ Session One: Entering the Nest
We name what has brought you to this threshold, establish intentions and begin listening for what your grief is asking to receive.

~ Session Two: Tending the Waters
We work more deeply with the emotional body through ritual, reflection, plant support and practices that allow grief to move without forcing release.

~ Session Three: Integration and Remembrance
We gather what has emerged, create an individualized closing or continuation ritual and identify practices you can carry beyond our time together.

The process is responsive rather than rigid. You will never be required to disclose, perform, forgive, reconcile or move faster than your body allows.

Your container includes:

~ Three private 120-minute virtual sessions
~ A personalized Grief Nest Ritual Box mailed to you
~ Individualized ritual and reflection practices
~ Journal invitations between sessions
~ A 15-minute integration follow-up after completion
~ Personalized ritual box
~ Your box may include tea, anointing oil, bathing or cleansing herbs, incense, a flower essence and other ritual supports selected for your journey.

*I would specify U.S. shipping included and either exclude international clients or charge international shipping separately.

Who this is for:

~ The Grief Nest is for someone who understands that grief may not need to be fixed, but does need relationship, ritual, witnessing and somewhere safe enough to unfold.

~ This work is especially suited to people who feel drawn to spiritually grounded, body-aware and ancestral approaches to grief.

Before booking:

Because this is an intimate three-session container, I recommend requiring a complimentary 15-minute discovery call before purchase. This gives us both an opportunity to determine whether the offering is aligned.

The Grief Nest is a non-clinical spiritual wellness and grief-support offering. I am a grief facilitator, folk herbalist and ceremonialist; I am not acting as a physician, psychotherapist or licensed mental-health provider.

This offering does not diagnose or treat mental-health or medical conditions and is not a replacement for therapy, medical care, psychiatric care or emergency support. It is not appropriate as the sole source of support for someone experiencing an acute mental-health crisis, active suicidal intent or another emergency.

Participants remain responsible for their healthcare decisions, personal boundaries and healing journey. Referrals to licensed or emergency support may be recommended when a person’s needs fall outside my scope.
