Hey, I’m Emelie, a holistic health coach on a mission to help people get off the rollercoaster of digestive confusion, stress, and overwhelm, and finally build a body that feels good, day in and day out.

What to expect in a meeting: Each session is a calm, supportive space where you lead the pace and focus. We begin with a short introduction, followed by you sharing your health history, current challenges, and what feels most important to you right now. Together, we identify your key goals, guided by what you feel ready to work on. From there, we gently explore your lifestyle, including food, stress, sleep, energy levels, and daily routines. I offer guidance and education around nutrition, with a strong focus on fiber, fruits, and simple, nourishing choices that support gut health without restriction or overwhelm. We always finish by identifying small, realistic steps you feel confident implementing before our next session. These actions are chosen by you, designed to fit into real life and support lasting, sustainable change.
