Hi, I’m Emelie, a holistic health coach with a deep belief that feeling good in your body shouldn’t be complicated, restrictive, or overwhelming.
I work with people who feel out of sync with their body, their energy, or their gut. They have often tried “all the right things” without lasting results. My approach is calm, supportive, and personalised. I take time to truly listen, ask the right questions, and help you understand what your body is communicating, rather than forcing it into a rigid plan.
My journey into health coaching began with my own health experiences, which led me to train at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and turn my life around. Alongside my pedagogical background, this allows me to guide clients with both empathy, understanding and structure, helping you build sustainable habits that actually fit YOUR life.
I believe in food that nourishes and brings joy, routines that support rather than exhaust you, and progress that feels steady and kind. We'll look at digestion, stress, sleep, and daily rhythms together, because lasting health is never about one single fix.
