Catalyze deep healing with a trauma-informed somatic session designed to support you and your nervous system and guide your body out of old patterns, limiting beliefs, habits and survival mode. In this 1:1 session, we work together in a safe, grounded space where you can gently release stored tension, emotional blocks, and limiting patterns held in the body.
You’ll be guided through somatic techniques that help you feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations, strengthening your mind–body connection. This process activates deeper self-awareness, allowing you to experience new clarity, insight, and emotional freedom.
The session is intentionally designed to restore balance to your mind and body, bringing you into greater alignment with your own wisdom, intuition, and authentic higher self. As your system regulates and releases, you naturally access more openness, love, and grounded presence—supporting you in shifting from simply surviving to truly thriving.
Note I am a Certified Somatic Mind Body Healing Practitioner and I have been practicing this on my own self and with my clients for almost 5 years.
