Catalyze deep healing with a trauma-informed somatic session designed to support you and your nervous system and guide your body out of old patterns, limiting beliefs, habits and survival mode. In this 1:1 session, we work together in a safe, grounded space where you can gently release stored tension, emotional blocks, and limiting patterns held in the body.

You’ll be guided through somatic techniques that help you feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations, strengthening your mind–body connection. This process activates deeper self-awareness, allowing you to experience new clarity, insight, and emotional freedom.

The session is intentionally designed to restore balance to your mind and body, bringing you into greater alignment with your own wisdom, intuition, and authentic higher self. As your system regulates and releases, you naturally access more openness, love, and grounded presence—supporting you in shifting from simply surviving to truly thriving.

Note I am a Certified Somatic Mind Body Healing Practitioner and I have been practicing this on my own self and with my clients for almost 5 years.

What to expect in a meeting: During our session, you’ll be welcomed into a calm, supportive space where your comfort and emotional safety come first. We’ll begin by discussing your intentions, current experiences, and anything you’d like guidance with. This helps us tailor the session to your needs. You’ll then be guided through gentle somatic practices that help your body release tension and regulate your nervous system. These may include breathwork, grounding exercises, guided awareness, or slow mindful movement—always at a pace that feels right for you. Throughout the session, you’ll be encouraged to notice your physical sensations, emotions, and thoughts without judgment. I will support you in processing whatever emerges, helping you restore balance and deepen your connection to yourself. We’ll close with grounding, integration, and space for you to share reflections or ask questions. You will leave feeling more centered, connected, and empowered in your body and mind.
