Lourdes Schwartz

I am a 4th-generation shamanic and folk healer. Through my life’s experiences, I chose a path to heal and empower myself and, in turn, be able to help others. With a Master’s in Chinese Medicine and years of clinical practice, I combine traditional wisdom, certified somatic healing practices, certified Reiki practices, and intuitive guidance to create safe, transformative spaces for personal growth and healing. I help individuals release limiting patterns, regulate their nervous system, and reconnect with their mind, body, and spirit with a number of safe practices and helpful tools. Through meditation, somatic work, energy healing, nutritional healing and Chinese Medicine, I empower clients to access their inner wisdom, align with their authentic self, and thrive in life with clarity, balance, and heart-centered presence through mind-body and spirit aligned practices.
