The 28-Day Weight Loss Challenge is designed to help you become more consistent in your weight loss habits, whether that means sticking to an exercise routine, improving your nutrition, managing stress, or sleeping better.
The truth is, most people know what to do to lose weight; what they struggle with is doing it consistently.
This challenge changes that by helping you build the mental and emotional resilience that keeps good habits going even when life gets busy or motivation fades.
Before we begin, you’ll choose one main area to focus on: fitness, nutrition, or lifestyle.
You’ll also complete a short pre-challenge questionnaire to help me understand your routines, your biggest obstacles, and what “success” would look like after 28 days.
This allows me to tailor your challenge plan specifically to your goals and personality.
Once we start, you’ll receive your 28-Day Action Plan, which includes simple daily steps, a habit tracker, and a reflection journal.
Each week builds on the last, using the W.I.S.D.O.M. framework to strengthen the six pillars of resilience:
Willpower: Learning how to manage energy and decision fatigue.
Identity: Shifting from “I’m trying to be healthy” to “I’m someone who looks after their health.”
Small Wins: Building momentum through achievable daily actions.
Design Your Environment: Setting up cues and surroundings that make good habits easier.
Overcoming Obstacles: Reframing setbacks and staying adaptable.
Mindset: Seeing change as a process, not perfection.
Each week we’ll meet for a short coaching call (about 15 minutes) to review your progress, celebrate small wins, and make any adjustments needed to keep you moving forward.
Between sessions, I’ll check in with you via message to help you stay accountable, answer questions, and keep your motivation high.
Throughout the 28 days, you’ll receive ongoing guidance and encouragement, not just on what to do, but how to think when challenges appear.
You’ll learn tools like “The One-Minute Reset,” “Quit Tomorrow,” and “The 1% Rule,” which help you respond to stress, missed workouts, or low-energy days without losing your rhythm.
By the end of the challenge, you’ll have built a foundation for consistent, natural, sustainable weight loss.
You’ll understand what triggers you to stop and, more importantly, how to recover quickly and keep going.
