Personalized Check-In (5 minutes) We start each session with a quick check-in: How is your body feeling today? Any soreness, stress, or goals for today’s practice? Adjustments based on injuries, limitations, or progress This ensures the session is tailored to your needs, not just a one-size-fits-all routine. 2. Breathwork & Body Awareness Activation (5 minutes) Before movement begins, we: Connect to your breath for core engagement and focus Activate deep stabilizing muscles (especially the core and pelvic floor) Set the tone for mindful, controlled movement This foundation helps reduce injury risk and maximize your results. 3. Intentional, Full-Body Movement (30–40 minutes) This is where the magic happens. Depending on your goals and the format (mat or equipment), we’ll work through: Core-strengthening sequences to improve stability Controlled flexibility work to lengthen tight muscles Postural exercises to realign your spine and balance muscle imbalances Dynamic movement patterns that mimic everyday function or sport-specific needs Expect precise cueing, progressions, and hands-on corrections (if in person), so you’re always moving safely and effectively.
