As a seasoned strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer with over 10 years of experience, I have worked with a wide variety of clients such as high-profile clients, including celebrities, musicians, and professional athletes. As well as working with youth athletes, people with disabilities, elderly, and all ages and abilities in between. Program Overview
This program spans four weeks and includes tailored workouts for 3-4 days each week, and recovery strategies for non-exercise days. Each week is structured to progressively challenge you while allowing for adequate recovery to optimize results. The program incorporates a blend of strength training, cardiovascular exercise, flexibility work, and core stability training, ensuring a well-rounded approach to fitness with specific emphasis to help you reach your individual goals. I take into account your likes and dislikes, what equipment you have available if any, and the time you have to commit to your training goals. With a Master Degree in Nutrition and Health Science and a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sport Science, I ensure that each program is backed by the most recent scientific principles in the field of exercise science to make sure to give you the best results for the effort you put in.
Recovery Strategies
You can only train hard if you have recovered properly from the previous training session. This is why recovery is just as important as training in an exercise program. During the informational call and throughout the 4 week program, I will emphasize the significance of recovery techniques and incorporate methods for recovering as quickly as possible into your programming. Some of these will include proper sleep, hydration, foam rolling, light exercise and stretching. I will also provide guidance on how to listen to your body when it may need extra time, and adjust your training intensity accordingly.
