The power of protein and how to add it to everyday meals

If you are like me and train with weights to balance your cardio during the week. You probably find yourself searching for ways to add sufficient amounts of protein to your everyday meal or even those tasty baked goods. In this session I will cover ways to add protein to every meal that you create. I will go over the different types of proteins and the benefits it can have to your muscle gains. I will go over other benefits that certain proteins have to even getting a better night sleep. I will cover the weight loss factor that protein plays if you utilize it right. We will discover different powder sources as well as lists of beans, legumes, meats and even certain fruits that can help with reaching daily protein goals. I will also, cover a source of protein although not complete in amino acid profile, but is a game changer. I will cover COLLAGEN and it's role in recovery, anti-aging ,bone strength and more. I will discuss how to swap in protein for ingredients listed in recipes and which ones work the best for what you are preparing. I will provide recipes and research for all that we cover in our session. We will look at labels together and discuss protein serving size for that particular food. In the pursuit of achieving protein intake, label reading is a must. In closing of our session we will also discuss timing protein intake for gains after the gym and the science behind it.
