What to Expect:

*Opening intentions:

Begin with a few moments of intention-setting to center your focus for the session. The goal is to consciously direct the energy and attention towards a desire state of being, like stress relief, inner peace, it’s a way to guide the mind and body towards a particular outcome during the relaxation exercises.

Mind-body connection:

By setting an intention , the practice becomes more focused and intentional, promoting a deeper connection between the mind and body.
