We all have stress in our daily lives it is natural and some is good, but to much is hard on the body. Stressful times often involve elevated heart rates and stress on the adrenal glands as well as other body systems. Stress can affect how our brain remembers or judges things in heightened moments. Stress can cause fatigue, weight gain or weight loss in non healthful ways for some people. In this session I will cover ways to combat the harm done by chronic stress or even how to cope with just daily(moment) stress. We will cover: diet, exercise supplements, mindfulness, essential oils and many other simple ways to handle or calm yourself in the moment or after the fact. I will cover some life hacks that can cut stress down in daily situations we all face. The one size fits all is not the way to approach this topic, so I will not take that approach for you. We will discuss your individual daily stressors and come up with some ideas for you! I come from a nutritional consultant background as well as prior nutrition store owner and that will set this journey with me apart from others. I will suggest functional foods, breathing, supplements and more that help both body and mind.in times of stress.
