What to expect in a meeting: We will spend our hour together getting to know more about you as a person. We will explore what types of diets and workouts you have tried in the past. What has worked, and what has failed. We will start piecing together the foods you are more likely to consistently eat, what exercises you are more likely to commit to and the time and effort you are willing to give to improving your health. At the end of our hour together you will know exactly what diet and workout plan you should follow and will have the skills to be able to finally stick to something long enough to see the results you have always wanted.
