1:1 Personal Training 2x/Week with Ryan

In the initial discovery call we will discuss your goals, any complications that you may be experiencing and it will be our time to learn more about each other. From there we will schedule our initial assessment. In this first session I will monitor you while you complete a series of exercises to better understand any muscle imbalances you may have. I will record these sessions so once our assessment is complete I can go back through and look in more detail for any inconsistencies. I want to also take this time to understand any pain you are experiencing as well as listen to your concerns and goals in more detail.

Once we complete the assessment we will schedule our remaining sessions at times and days that are most convenient for you.

We will start each session with your customized dynamic warm up. After that we will go into the main set of the workout which can include additional, specific exercises targeting muscle imbalances as well as our targeted workout.

How we progress in the workouts depends heavily on your goals and the initial assessment. For the most part we will work through a Foundation Phase and then move to a Muscular Endurance Phase. From that point we can discuss how we will move forward once those are completed. This can include Strength Training, Conditioning, Sports Performance Training and more.

I specialize in pain management and building or re-building a strong and stable foundation. You can expect to mitigate pain, build a strong foundation from which we can move forward to more easily reach your goals, tone or gain muscle, loose weight, find more mental clarity and most importantly, have some fun.
