Hi, I'm Coach Coleen. Aging is a privilege, and we should treat it as such. Never before in your life had you had the wisdom and available time to make things happen.

Changes in our life are inevitable but it is how we accept them that makes the difference. In this four-week course, you will learn how to thrive at any age.

We will begin by exploring the five pillars of health: Nutrition, Movement, Sleep, Stress, and Environmental Health. By paying attention to our health and surroundings, we set a foundation to forge a successful path forward.

I will provide the insight and skills for you to navigate a lifestyle of vitality, wellness, fun, and living each day to its fullest. Do you want to rediscover a hobby or sport from your youth? I will show you how we can bring this back into your life with modifications if needed.

Do you want to create a healthier lifestyle that gives you energy to enjoy yourself? By working with you individually, I will walk you through your daily activities and encourage you to set goals that will move you forward into an active lifestyle.
