Hi. I'm Coach Coleen, I will help you design a program to move forward in achieving your dreams, whether it is an epic adventure, finishing a degree, writing a book, or running a marathon.
Motivation begins with intrinsic action, and we will journey onto a path that will enable you to realize your deepest desire. From there we will set the foundation for success.
This six-session program includes skill building for behavior change and forward progressive movement, time management, contingency plans, and mastering your life.
By paying attention to nutrition, sleep, exercise, stress and environmental health, you will be prepared to succeed.
Each session will include a SMART goal to encourage your progress and accountability. You will decide on the target date to complete your goal, and we will work backwards to plan your success.
