With this last pregnancy and postpartum period, I struggled with learning what was right for my body even though I've been a personal trainer for several years and even have a degree in exercise science. Therefore, I decided to become certified as a Prenatal and postnatal corrective exercise specialist on top of my general personal training certification to not only help myself but to also help other women to navigate this special time too.
