Once you purchase your 4-week package, you will receive a questionnaire via email to help me better understand your current health and fitness and the knowledge you possess. Don't worry, this will be short and to the point!
Next, we will have a scheduled video call to go over the questionnaire, if needed, and answer and questions you may have and expectations, your goals and preferences, and come up with a plan!
Week 1: Goal setting for fitness and nutrition. Fitness assessment will be completed by reviewing and actively doing specific exercise (be ready to workout). Nutrition planning and exercise routine for week 1 will be completed. *Be prepared to do 2-3 days of exercise with the plan we come up with. I am here every step of the way!
Week 2-3: Goal evaluation/setting for fitness and nutrition.
We will review the goals from week 1 and write another plan for your exercise routine and nutrition throughout the week. *Plan to exercise 3-4 days per week! If you feel you can do more than 4 days per week, honor your body and listen to its responses. I can help you evaluate if you are ready to take on more than 4 days per week!
Week 4: FINAL STRETCH! Goal evaluation/setting for fitness and nutrition. We will evaluate your progress from weeks 1-3 and plan your exercise routine and nutrition throughout the week. *Again, plan to exercise 3-4 days per week! If you feel you can do more than 4 days per week, honor your body and listen to its responses. I can help you evaluate if you are ready to take on more than 4 days per week!
The last week, be sure to schedule a final video call with me to evaluate your progress and discuss the future of your journey and what you did well and what could be improved upon.
